2014

January – June Synopsis: Largely fueled by angst from my recent divorce, I took a series of three trips to climb in the Olympic and Cascade Mountains of Washington with my brother.

June/July Montana/Wyoming Climbing Trip: Nate and I spent eleven incredible days adventuring and climbing in the Beartooths, the Clark’s Fork of the Yellowstone, Gallatin Canyon, and on Devil’s Tower.

String Theory: a summary of July – November: A lot happened, and not much of it involved climbing. It was a different pace for a while, and thinking about it brings back a lot of fond memories.

Playing With The Big Boys: 8 days of ice with Olin: Olin and I bashed our knuckles, dodged avalanches, and ran out thin ice for eight amazing days over Christmas and New Year’s in preparation for my ice climbing trip to Kandersteg, Switzerland.
